Rules of engagement
At ARC we put or money were our mouth is. If we can't provide added value then we won't engage. As such every engagement is subject to three basic rules:
Rule One: We Have FunWe believe it is essential to have fun and enjoy yourself when working. Without this your ability to be creative and solve problems is much more difficult. Having fun breaks down the barriers and creates a much more dynamic environment, we learn more, we create more and we effect more.
|
Rule Two: We Learn SomethingEvery engagement should facilitate some form of learning for both parties. Given that every agency is different and indeed, every problem is different, then it is not that difficult to achieve. What is key is that both parties are open minded and spend the time listening to each other which will create a learning and progressive relationship.

Rule Three: We Add ValueWithout value there is no relationship. Our third rule of engagement is probable our most important. We only work with agencies where we can add value. In our case, this means more profit by either smarter revenue strategies that increase top line or stronger delivery mechanisms that improve efficiency.
